Gymnast Eligibility
ISG Gymnastics classes are open to boys and girls
ages 5 - 18 years; ISG Gymnastics Preschool and
Parent & Child classes are open to boys and girls
ages 10 mo. to 5 years.

For children
10 months to 3 1/2 years. With our many
years experience teaching children, no one knows
better than we do. All programs developed at ISG are
developed with FUN in mind. Every class is filled
with gymnastic skills, music, games, sights, and
sounds designed to stimulate the mind and body as
well as tickle the funny bone!

Tumbling Tots
For children
3 years to 5 years.
Studies have indicated the value of
early, exploratory movement in children with regard
to the development of a healthy adult body. The ISG Pre-School
program has been designed specifically to help
cultivate these early motor skills through the use
of beginning gymnastic movement.

Girls and Boys Recreational
Classes
 For
children 5 years and older Recreational classes are
designed to teach gymnastics in a non-competitive
atmosphere.
●
Competitive Team
The ISG Gymnastics
Competition Team is comprised of gymnasts selected
from the main program. These gymnast train at ISG
and compete in USA Gymnastics Sanctioned
Competitions. (Tryouts are held throughout the year)

Parent
Observation Week (Peek Week)
Parents
(and friends and relatives) are invited each session
to enjoy their child’s progress. Peek Week is at the
end of each session.
